4. Proposed amendments to the Bylaws. To vote on the following amendments to the Bylaws:

• Section 3.6 Annual Meetings. “The annual meeting of the members shall be held [REMOVE: in October of] each year.” Discussion: By tradition, the date of the next year’s Annual Meeting is determined at the current Annual Meeting. This change will allow members and the board of directors to schedule the Annual Meeting to meet the needs of the organization.
• Section 4.2 Number of Directors. Vote to amend “The number of Directors shall not be less than three (3) nor more than seven (7)” to “The number of Directors shall not be less than three (3) nor more than nine (9).” Discussion: The option of adding additional board members will increase the capacity of the organization to fulfill its goals.
