The Citizens for Squirrel Point will hold its annual membership meeting on Tuesday, Oct. 26 at 5:30 pm at the Arrowsic Fire Station, 340 Arrowsic Road (next to the town hall).

Board of Directors, Citizens for Squirrel Point Citizens for Squirrel Point is a 501(c)(3) organization formed in 2002 to preserve the lighthouse property for the benefit of the public. Its purpose is to ensure that Squirrel Point Light is used and maintained in accordance with the terms of Federal, State and local law, and the covenants in its 1998 deed from the U.S. Government to preserve the lighthouse property for the public benefit.

I love what you are trying to do. Charlie and I had about a year and a half (1970-1971 of being lighthouse keepers there. When we arrived the lighthouse was in disrepair and we painted and restored all buildings inside and out. It was a total act of love for this beautiful place.
